Product Questions

  • Products are guaranteed to be at full potency through the best buy (also known as the "expiration date") stamped on the bottle's label or the bottom of the box. While you can certainly still use a product that is past its expiration date, potency may have begun to decline.

  • We do not recommend keeping supplements in a refrigerator. Both heat and humidity (refrigerators are often very moist environments) can negatively impact tablets and capsules. For this reason, storing supplements in a bathroom or kitchen is also not recommended.

    We suggest you keep your supplement bottles in a cool, dry place such as a cabinet away from heat and humidity. Also, never throw out the desiccant package. This small packet helps absorb moisture and also aids in keeping your tablets and capsules in their best condition.

  • Specific requirements for how a Terry Naturally product is best used (with water, before or with meal, before sleeping, etc.) will be given in the recommendation section of the label. If there are no specific instructions, it becomes a matter of personal preference. Many people prefer to take supplements with food to reduce the potential for stomach upset.

  • Unless specified on the label recommendations, you may take your Terry Naturally supplements at a time of day that works best with your schedule.

  • The Terry Naturally products are formulated, and the dosage recommendations given are for the maximum benefits. While in most cases it is not harmful to take more than the recommended dose, we do not recommend it except as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

  • The Terry Naturally products are formulated for adults, unless otherwise specified. Therefore, we would encourage you to seek the guidance of your healthcare professional for use of specific products in younger children.

  • Terry Naturally brand products are designed to be swallowed whole (unless specified). However, in most instances, it is OK to crush tablets or open capsules, or pierce softgels and mix the contents in a small amount of food if you have trouble swallowing it whole. 


    Please note that there are some very bold flavors that may be prohibitive of ingesting in this manner. Another word of caution is to mix with only a spoonful or two of food that is eaten quickly so that it is not left sitting in the food.


    Contents SHOULD NOT be mixed in very hot foods, and they SHOULD NOT be added to food before microwaving or cooking.  Heat and oxygen exposure are the enemies of dietary supplement stability and activity.

  • All the gelatin we use is bovine. None of it is from pigs.

Order & Shipping Questions

  • Orders ship from our location via UPS, and then your package is transferred to your local post office for delivery. Orders shipping to PO Boxes automatically ship via USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery after shipping.

  • Our customers are our number one priority, and our goal is to ship your order accurately and in a timely manner. Most orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.   • Once your order has shipped, you have serveral easy options for tracking your order:

    • Click on the tracking link in the confirmation email you receive from us once your order has shipped.

    • Please allow up to 24 hours for your shipment's tracking number to be logged by the carrier.
  • We currently accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal as payment methods for your online order. 

  • For your security, your credit card information is only kept on file within your own online Terry Naturally Vitamins account (My Account) unless you choose not to save this information for future purchases or if you check out as a guest.

  • Terry Naturally Vitamins representatives are unable to view your PayPal account information because they are third party payment tool. This is a measure to keep your information safe and secure.
